• Flower Food: If flower food is provided, mix it into the water to nourish your blooms and extend their freshness.

Cake Care Guide:

• Storage: Upon arrival, store your cake in the refrigerator to maintain freshness, especially if it contains cream, fruit, or fondant.

• Serving: Allow the cake to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving to enhance its flavor and texture. Use a serrated knife to cut neat slices without damaging the cake's structure.

Teddy Bear Care Guide:

• Cleaning: Gently clean the teddy bear with a damp cloth or use a lint roller to remove dust and dirt. Avoid machine washing to protect its softness.

• Storage: Keep the teddy bear in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and maintain its plush texture.

• Delivery Timing: While we strive to deliver within the selected time frame, actual delivery may vary based on your location and the specific products. Please allow for some flexibility.

• Single Delivery Attempt: Since flowers and cakes are perishable, only one delivery attempt will be made. Ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order. Additional fees will apply for re-delivery.

• No Address Redirection: Once the order is out for delivery, the address cannot be changed. Please verify your delivery details during checkout.

• Product Substitutions: Slight variations in flowers, cake designs, or teddy bears may occur due to availability. In the event of necessary substitutions, we will provide items of similar or superior value and inform you prior to delivery.
