• Single Delivery Attempt: As flowers are perishable, only one delivery attempt will be made. Ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order. Additional charges will apply if a re-delivery is necessary.

• No Address Change: Once an order is out for delivery, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please make sure the correct address is provided during checkout.
