• One Delivery Attempt: Since both flowers and Mithai are perishable, only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If re-delivery is necessary, additional fees will apply.

• No Address Redirection: Once the order is out for delivery, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please ensure the correct address is provided when placing your order.
