Delivery Details:

• Delivery Method: All chocolates are hand-delivered to maintain their quality and freshness. We do not use courier services for chocolates, ensuring their delicate nature is preserved.

• Delivery Timing: The selected delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on your location. We strive to deliver within your chosen time frame, but some flexibility may be required.

• One Delivery Attempt: As chocolates are perishable, only one delivery attempt will be made. Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. Additional charges will apply for re-delivery if needed.

• No Address Change: Once the order is dispatched for delivery, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.

• Product Variation: Due to seasonal availability, there may be slight variations in the selection of chocolates. Any necessary substitutions will be made with items of equal or superior quality, and you will be informed beforehand.
