Terms and Conditions :

1) Flower arrangements delivered may not be exactly the same as those shown on the site. We make all possible efforts to deliver exactly the similar arrangement but because of seasonal and location constraints, we may need to substitute some flowers. Although, we promise that the number of flowers will be the same and the value of the substitutions will be equal to or higher than what is shown on the site.

2) Products seen may vary from original flowers in terms of availability.

3) Deliveries within Mumbai will be made on the same day, depending on your request (any time). Deliveries to major metropolitan cities will be done on the same day if the order is placed before 2 pm IST. If the order is placed after 2 pm IST we would try to deliver your order on the same day depending on your request, and if we are unable to deliver on the same day, the same would be delivered on the next day.

4) Please make sure you provide the correct address with details when making a request to make our delivery process efficient and reliable. We will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses and no complaints for the same will be entertained.

5) Deliveries :

• • We cannot guarantee the delivery on a specified time due to the logistics involved .You can still request for a specific time of delivery, in the "Special Instructions" column in the order form and we will try our best to honour it..

• • Deliveries by our service providers are done between ( 7 AM to 7 PM ).

• • Orders placed for Cakes will not be possible early in the morning at all , since the cakes have to be procured fresh from the bakery and delivered. So the delivery of the cakes would only be possible after 11 AM .

• • The Time of delivery is not guaranteed, regardless of any request otherwise.

6) The prices shown on the website are in INR & USD . Kindly check the price before placing the orders . ( There is no Conversion ) .

7) Under extreme and rare cases, if we are not able to make a delivery we will ensure that you get 100% refund of your money. No other claims apart from the 100% refund will be tenable.

8) We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
